Threw a P0171 Again!!

This happened at the picnic last Saturday and I am just getting to it. I threw a p0171 code again. The last time it happened I took it to the dealer and they said a manifold bolt was missing for the exaust. They blamed it on the aftermarket. It's back and I can smell exhaust in the car with the windows up. It sounds like maybe the same again?

Let me know your thoughts please and if there is someone that can take a look at the whole setup, please let me know. I am available all weekend. Thanks.
